Matchmake is a subscription-based service. Access to the Service requires a paid subscription of £25 per month or £20 per month when billed annually. All subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be issued for partial months or unused time, except where required by UK consumer law. Payments are processed via Stripe, and it is your responsibility to manage any recurring billing or payment methods.

The Service includes access to software, tools, and matched betting education. We strive to maintain availability and accuracy but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free data, or complete accuracy at all times. Use of third-party API services may occasionally result in delays, outages, or inaccuracies beyond our control. By using our Service, you accept this as a normal risk.

You agree not to misuse the Service or attempt to access it in any unauthorised way. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Sharing account credentials or allowing others to access your account
• Copying, modifying, reverse-engineering, or disrupting the software
• Attempting to bypass API or security measures
• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose

All software, content, and technology made available through Matchmake is the exclusive property of MatchMake Limited or its licensors. You may not use or reproduce any part of the Service without prior written permission, except as necessary to access it for personal use.

We may allow users to submit content (e.g., affiliate links, reviews, comments) in the future. By submitting content, you grant MatchMake Limited a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, modify, and distribute such content in connection with the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. Sections that survive termination include those relating to intellectual property, warranties, limitations of liability, and governing law.

The Service may contain links or integrations with third-party tools or websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy policies of any third-party service.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Matchmake offers educational tools and software to assist users with matched betting. We do not place bets on your behalf. You are solely responsible for your betting activity. We accept no liability for losses incurred as a result of using our Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
